Originally from Southern California, Michael Mejia was living in New York City when he decided to make a move to the South, joining family who had recently relocated from Los Angeles to the Lake Norman area. With more than 20 years of experience in sales and business development, Michael has built a career rooted in service, strategy, and results.

From the beginning of his journey in Real Estate, Michael’s vision was clear—to launch his own firm and lead a team of like-minded professionals. His mission is to build a culture of collaboration, continued education, and client-first service. He’s passionate about helping others grow and making a positive impact on the industry.

As your Realtor, Michael brings his extensive experience, sharp negotiation skills, and unwavering commitment to ensure your goals are met—and that you feel confident and happy throughout the process.

Outside of work, you’ll find Michael spending time with his rescue dog Maximus, cheering on Charlotte FC, road cycling, cooking up tacos for friends, or traveling the world (he’s visited 14 countries and 30 states so far).
